I could tell that the new spiderettes weren't growing too much, so figured it was about time to release Moses of some of his spiderettes and create a lovely new plant!
Because I already have a very busy family of little spider plants, I thought for this one I'd create a bigger fuller plant by combining multiple spiderettes in one!
I started with a bigger pot (bigger even than Miles' one!), filled it with houseplant soil mix (and watered at points to make it compact as I went), and used a chopstick to dig in some holes, starting with the centre.
Here's the biggest spiderette going in the centre!
I forgot to photograph all the spiderettes but here are 2 of the other 3 I put in the pot (so 4 in total).

And introducing: Rafferty!
The name means abundance, prosperity, floodtide... Which is appropriate for a spider plant made of multiple spiderettes!
Here he is next to papa Miles.
And here are the remaining spiderettes, freed up to grow some more...
