A bit belated, perhaps, but today I went (with the padres) to Highdown Garden Centre to purchase myself a new houseplant for my birthday!
I initially planned to buy a String-of-Pearls... but I wasn't enamoured with any that I saw there. And then dad pointed out a Jade Necklace plant, which looked so characterful and much more fun!
Here she is on the drive home - those stems kept jiggling all over the place! (A bit like my ringletty hair...)
And here she is on my windowsill. Welcome home, Jade!
