So, Quintessa and Percival (the latest of the Spider Plant family) seem to have a dusting of white soft stuff on top of their soil...
A quick google suggests maybe it's mould, perhaps from not getting enough drainage (but it's been 4 weeks since they were planted/watered), or not enough sun?
Perhaps I'll move them a smidge closer to the window and see what happens...
