Yoda what are you doing...

Yoda's been a little worse for wear for some time...

The soil is definitely compacted - it never fully dries out (it seems), yet water drops straight through it, and lots of tiny roots are visible at the top of the soil!

However despite all this (or perhaps because of it), there are 2 new tiny pups here!
