Oh dear, I may have spoken too soon!
Lynn isn't looking so great anymore... Her leaves are going a purply reddish greyish colour, rather than the vibrant green they were...
I did a little research and apparently this isn't uncommon with Aloes when they've recently been replanted, and especially if they're not used to receiving sunlight. Apparently over time they'll perk up a bit as they adjust.
(In the meantime I might occasionally move her away from the windowsill though...)
